Officina Battaglin Siena Frameset
The Officina Battaglin Siena road bike frameset is a refined expression of classic Italian framebuilding, designed for riders who value timeless aesthetics, precision craftsmanship, and an exceptional ride feel. Handcrafted in Italy by Officina Battaglin, the Siena represents the enduring appeal of high-performance steel combined with modern road cycling demands.
Built using premium Columbus Spirit HSS steel tubing, the Siena frameset delivers a ride quality that is both responsive and beautifully smooth. Columbus Spirit HSS is renowned for its strength-to-weight efficiency and dynamic performance characteristics, offering lively acceleration, precise handling, and natural vibration damping. The result is a road frameset that feels engaging under power while maintaining comfort on long rides.
The frame features elegant fillet brazed construction, a traditional technique celebrated for its seamless joints and flowing lines. Beyond its visual sophistication, fillet brazing enhances structural integrity and contributes to the frame’s balanced, road-focused performance. Every detail reflects Officina Battaglin’s heritage of artisanal craftsmanship and dedication to ride experience.
Complementing the steel frame is a lightweight carbon fork, providing sharp front-end responsiveness, reduced weight, and improved road vibration absorption. This carefully considered steel-and-carbon combination ensures confident handling, stability at speed, and a smooth, controlled ride across varied road conditions.
Visually, the Siena frameset showcases Officina Battaglin’s unmistakable Italian artistry. It is available in five striking painted finishes, each designed to enhance the frame’s sculpted silhouette. For riders seeking a truly distinctive appearance, the Siena also offers the option of a stunning cromovelato finish, delivering exceptional depth, luminosity, and handcrafted character.
The Officina Battaglin Siena is more than a road bike frameset — it is a fusion of traditional steel framebuilding, modern performance, and Italian design excellence. For cyclists who appreciate craftsmanship, ride quality, and enduring style, the Siena stands as a truly exceptional choice.
